Cook Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:

• 16 oz. ziti pasta
• 16 oz. heavy cream
• 14.5 oz. can of diced tomatoes
• 1 cup ¡Gusto! Buttery Chipotle Elote Seasoning

Directions:

1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Before straining, save 1 cup of the pasta cooking water.
2. While pasta cooks, prepare the sauce. Place a high walled sauté pan over medium heat and add canned tomatoes, heavy cream, and 1 cup of the pasta cooking water. Stir and let mixture come to a simmer, stirring frequently.
3. After the mixture comes to a simmer, whisk in 1 cup of ¡Gusto! Buttery Chipotle Elote seasoning. Let mixture simmer, stirring frequently, until the sauce is thick enough to coat the back of a wooden spoon.
4. Add in the cooked pasta and stir to coat.
5. Serve and enjoy!

Optional:

• Add cooked veggies along with the pasta in step 4. We recommend spinach, mushrooms, or corn.
• Pairs well with chicken breast or shrimp.

Ingredients

• 24 oz. jumbo shrimp, thawed if frozen
• ½ cup ¡Gusto! Sweet Habanero Mango seasoning
• 1 teaspoon canola oil

Directions

1. Pat shrimp dry and place in a medium-sized bowl.
2. Add ¡Gusto! Sweet Habanero Mango seasoning to bowl and toss, ensuring each shrimp is evenly coated in seasoning.
3. Heat a sauté pan over medium-high heat. Add oil and swirl pan to coat. Once pan is hot, add the seasoned shrimp.
4. Cook shrimp for approximately 2-3 minutes per side, or until they turn opaque.
5. Serve and enjoy!

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes
Servings: 4

Ingredients:

• 2 cups white rice
• 2 cups water
• 1/2 cup ¡Gusto! Tangy Citrus Serrano seasoning
• 1 teaspoon salt

Directions:

1. Rinse rice under cold water, gently scrubbing the rice in a circular motion. Pour out the milky water and repeat till the water is clear. Drain well.
2. Place the rice, water, salt, and ¡Gusto! Tangy Citrus Serrano seasoning in the inner pot of your Instant Pot.
3. Securely close lid, select “Pressure Cook,” and set cook time to 3 minutes.
4. When cooking time is complete, allow pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, turn the venting knob to the “venting” position to release any remaining pressure. Open the lid away from your face.
5. Fluff rice with a fork. Serve and enjoy!

Stovetop Directions:

1. Prepare rice according to step 1 above.
2. Place water in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat.
3. When water comes to a boil, add rice, salt, and ¡Gusto! Tangy Citrus Serrano seasoning. Stir to combine.
4. Reduce heat to low, place lid on saucepan, and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes or until all water has been absorbed.
5. Fluff rice with a fork. Serve and enjoy!

Rice Cooker Directions:
Measure out rice for four servings. Place rice and water in rice cooker, according to instructions. Add 1/2 cup of ¡Gusto! Tangy Citrus Serrano seasoning and stir. Cook as usual according to rice cooker instructions.

Ingredients:

• 3 pounds boneless pork shoulder
• 1 cup ¡Gusto! Smoky Pineapple Ancho seasoning
• 1 tablespoon salt
• Approximately 1 1/2 cups chicken stock (amount of liquid will depend on the size of your Instant Pot)
• 1 tablespoon canola oil
• Optional serving suggestion: Corn tortillas, shredded cabbage, and lime wedges

Directions:

1. Trim fat from pork shoulder. Cut into four equal pieces; this will allow pork to cook faster and more evenly.
2. Place pork in a large bowl and add ¡Gusto! Smoky Pineapple Ancho seasoning. Toss to coat evenly.
3. Set Instant Pot to “Sauté” and add canola oil to inner pot. When the Instant Pot reads “Hot,” work in batches to sear the pork on all sides until brown. When brown, remove pork from inner pot and set aside.
4. Turn off Instant Pot and allow to cool briefly. Add chicken stock to the inner pot and scrape the bottom of the pan with a wooden spoon or spatula to loosen any caramelized pieces.
5. Add the seared pork back to the inner pot. Securely close lid, select “Pressure Cook,” and set cook time to 50 minutes.
6. When cooking time is complete, allow pressure to dissipate naturally. Carefully open lid away from face.
7. Transfer cooked pork to a large bowl or cutting board and use two forks to shred.

*Add 15 minutes of cooking time and an additional 1/4 cup of ¡Gusto! Smoky Pineapple Ancho seasoning for every pound of pork over 3 lbs.

Slow Cooker Directions:

1. Prepare pork according to steps 1 & 2 above.
2. Heat sauté pan over medium-high heat. Add canola oil. Work in batches to sear the pork on all sides until brown. When brown, remove pork from pan and set aside.
3. Turn off heat. Add chicken stock (you may need less depending on the size of your slow cooker) to sauté pan and scrape the bottom of the pan with a wooden spoon or spatula to loosen any caramelized pieces.
4. Transfer pork and chicken stock into a slow cooker and cook on low for 7 to 8 hours, or until the pork is fork tender.
5. Transfer cooked pork to a large bowl or cutting board and use two forks to shred.
